Wedding Scouting Trip
For those of you that are fortunate to make a
scouting trip for your Oahu wedding, our scouting trip package is
perfect for assisting you with efficiently arranging your
appointments with
Hawaii
’s top wedding professionals and venues based on your budget and
style preferences. Hawaii
Weddings and Events will pick up bride and groom and will take to
each of their scheduled appointments so you don’t have to worry
about navigating the streets of
Honolulu
or renting a car. On
average, due to travel time and the amount of time each appointment
takes, you will average between 5-7 appointments per 8-hour day
(less for appointments on the West Side or North
Shore)
“It’s My Wedding Day” – Day of
Coordination for your Hawaii Wedding -
Perfect
for very organized couples that have made and finalized with their venue
and vendors and are having their wedding ceremony and reception in
one location.
- Our
bridal checklist is sent to client and is returned to Hawaii
Weddings and Events one month prior to the wedding day.
- Copies
of all finalized contracts with vendors as well as catering
event order and floor plan provided by client to Hawaii Weddings
and Events one month prior to wedding day
- Preliminary
timeline sent to Hawaii Weddings and Events one month prior to
wedding day so that there is time to review and make appropriate
adjustments after reconfirmations are made with vendors.
- In
person meeting with bride and groom up to two weeks prior to
wedding day
- Set-up
of reception table (guest book, name list, gift card basket,
etc)
- Ensures
ceremony and reception venue are set-up as pre-arranged by the
client
- On-site
wedding coordinator for up to 7 hours.
Additional hours on wedding day are available at special
rate of $75.00 per hour.
- Rehearsal
(one hour) is reserved on month prior to wedding at most venues and charged at
additional $200.00 plus tax due to travel time involved.
“Here and There” – Day of Coordination
Package (two venues)
Perfect
for highly organized couples that have made and finalized with their venue
and vendors and are having their wedding ceremony and reception in
two different venues which will require more on-site coordination
time and logistics to manage.
- Our
bridal checklist is sent to client and is returned to Hawaii
Weddings and Events one month prior to the wedding day.
- Copies
of all finalized contracts with vendors as well as catering
event order and floor plan provided by client to Hawaii Weddings
and Events one month prior to wedding day
- Preliminary
timeline sent to Hawaii Weddings and Events one month prior to
wedding day so that there is time to review and make appropriate
adjustments after reconfirmations with vendors.

person meeting with bride and groom up to two weeks prior to

bridal checklist is sent to client to ensure that all of the
“little” details have been covered and is returned to Hawaii
Weddings and Events three months prior to the wedding day.
- Coordinating
services will commence three months prior to the wedding day
with an average planning/coordination time of 50-60 hours
devoted to making your wedding day seamless.
- Client
provides copies of all contracts that have been secured to
Hawaii Weddings and Events not later than three months prior to
the wedding day
- Five
(5) in person meetings or telephone consultations at critical
checkpoints (3 months, 2 months, 1 month out, 2 weeks out and
final meeting with venue one week prior to wedding)
- In
depth review of all vendor contracts and reconfirmation of all
vendor services
- Preparation
of detailed timeline that not only includes the day of the
wedding, but includes your deadlines leading up to your wedding
day (when vendor payments are due, pick up tuxedos, final

just a little more help due to the additional logistics of this
beautiful off-premise oceanfront location.
- Six
(6) virtual consulting hours are provided to help provide you
with referrals for key vendors (additional virtual consulting
hours if needed are available at $75/per hour).
- Hawaii
Weddings and Events will prepare a custom floor plan of the
reception based on your requirements (head table, number of
guests, dance floor, type of menu, etc.)
- Hawaii
Weddings and Events will take care of ordering your rental
equipment (tent, tables, chairs, linen, china, glassware, etc.)
based on your specific event needs to ensure that nothing is
overlooked and that set-up and breakdown is achievable within
the given time frame.
- Our
bridal checklist is sent to client to ensure that all of the
“little” details have been covered and is returned to Hawaii
Weddings and Events two months prior to the wedding day.

“For Sanity’s Sake” package includes twenty (20) virtual
consulting hours ($1500 value) which will be especially helpful
in the beginning stages of your wedding planning to help
streamline the process of securing your professional vendors so
you can rest assured you have the right people in place.
- Our
bridal checklist is sent to client to ensure that all of the
“little” details have been covered and is returned to Hawaii
Weddings and Events three months prior to the wedding day.
